Karachi (PR): All CNG stations in Sindh will remain closed from 08:00 am on Tuesday April 23, till 08:00 am on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 for 24 hours. Another shut down will be observed on Thursday April 25, 2013 from 08:00 am to Friday April 26, 2013 till 08:00 am for 24 hours. The last shut down during the current week will be from 08:00 am on Saturday April 27, 2013 up to Sunday April 28, 2013 at 08:00 am.
However, SSGC regrets the inconvenience which may be caused to CNG users during the above notified 24-hour shut down period.

Karachi (PR): As notified earlier, all the CNG stations in Sindh will remain closed from 08:00 am on Tuesday April 09 till 08:00 am on Wednesday April 10, 2013.
“SSGC has to resort to these shut downs of CNG stations in the Sindh province, in order to maintain sufficient line-pack in its distribution lines and for ensuring uninterrupted gas supply to its all valued domestic, commercial and industrial customers within the entire franchise area”, the spokesperson disclosed.
However, SSGC regrets the inconvenience which may be caused to the CNG users during the above notified 24-hour shut down period.
Schedule for CNG stations’ closure in Sindh announced for 24 hours
Karachi (PR): Sui Southern Gas Company has announced the schedule for closure of CNG stations for the current week. According to the media release of SSGC, all the CNG stations in Sindh will remain closed from 08:00 am on Tuesday 02 April 2013 till 08:00 am on Wednesday 03 April 2013 for 24 hours only.
This step is being taken by the gas utility according to ‘Gas Load Management’ program, the spokes person of SSGC disclosed.

Schedule for weekly CNG shut down for gas in Sindh announced
Karachi (PR): Sui Southern Gas Company has announced the schedule for closure of CNG stations for the current week. According to a Press Release issued here, all CNG stations in Sindh will remain close for 48 hours from 9 am on Friday 05 October till 9 am on Sunday 07 October 2012.
This step has been taken by the gas utility to improve the line pack position all over Sindh, which has been badly disturbed due to curtailed gas supply from different gas fields, causing deterioration of line pack position that has resulted in low pressure in SSGC’s system.
All CNG associations, dealers and gas stations owners are hereby informed that SSGC’s monitoring teams will be strictly checking the stations during this 48 hours closure period. The CNG stations found operative during this period, will have their gas supply disconnected that will not be restored for another 24 hours beyond the closure period.
SSGC realizes that while the CNG users are faced with an adverse situation, the Company is taking all actions to ensure uninterrupted gas supply at a stable pressure. SSGC is hopeful that through this shut down, it would be in a better position for supplying gas to all stake holders during the coming week.
