Institutional Break down in Pakistan and posing a dangerous surge in the region?

Though Pakistan is not alien to crises and remains often marred by terrorism, power outage and institutional degradation but still the state has a great potential to come up as a promising developing country. The irony is Pakistan emergence on the map on the earth was not recognized and accepted in true spirit by few countries. They are busy in weakening this country ideologically and materially through different kinds of mischief’s and intrigues The resilience of the Pakistani political system still means that it will be very difficult to have a successful revolution in Pakistan, unless the Pakistani military splits and disintegrates – in that case, the collapse of the state would come almost automatically. This theme is kept in front who advocate that Pakistan is dangerous country and its institutions are being targeted for the one reason or other. The false impression is being created that Pakistan Army is a law unto itself, and the I-S-I is of course, a highly secretive group within the army has created terrorist networks in Pakistan, who on India or on the West could unleash its reigns of terror. Lofty and irrational claims are also being made that the country has not won any war against its arch rival, and lost East Pakistan in the war of 1971; and suffered humiliating defeat with imprisonment of more than 90 thousands prisoners. The country is on a verge of economic collapse and rulers are going out with a begging bowl from one country to another; and there is a civil war going on and bombs are blowing in every city and all highly secure institutions have become targets of these bombs. The dangerous country is very quickly becoming Somali. The fact is Pakistan is a federal parliamentary republic consisting of four provinces and four federal territories. It is an ethnically and linguistically diverse country, with a similar variation in itsgeography and wildlife. A regional and middle power, Pakistan has the seventh largest standing armed forces in the world and is also a nuclear power as well as a declared nuclear weapons state, being the only nation in the Muslim world, and the second in South Asia, to have that status. It has a semi-industrialized economy which is the 26th largest in the world in terms of purchasing power and 45th largest in terms of nominal GDP. There is also no doubt that Pakistan’s post-independence history has been characterized by periods of military rule, political instability and conflicts with neighboring India. The country continues to face challenging problems, including overpopulation, terrorism, poverty, illiteracy and corruption. It is a founding member of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (now theOrganization of Islamic Cooperation) and is a member of the United Nations, the Commonwealth of Nations, the Next Eleven Economies, SAARC, ECO, D8 and the nations. The fact is the Indian Psy Ops agenda which is being reminded to Pakistani masses and the sane populace of the world that Pakistan is dangerous to region so that it could be tackled through other means. Pakistan is known and believed-widely to a most dangerous state in the world- a phrase coined by US scholars to serve their vested interests. There is reason for being Pakistan being the most dangerous place in the world. It is an unstable nation some it to be failing if not failed. It is also not an exaggerated fear or empty rhetoric. The fact is that Americans are afraid of Pakistan being only Muslim nuclear power. The Chargal episode also had its aftermath. The Indians never looked back in maligning Pakistan for its patronizing Taliban so that Pakistan never becomes able to use this card in future. There is also no denying the fact that Taliban also had their share to punish Pakistan for siding US in its war against terror. There is no fault of common civilians which are being targeted in this score settling game by Taliban. 40% of area of NWFP (KPK) is under the control of Taliban and they are in the striking distance to target Punjab the Sword Arm of Pakistan. America also think that Pakistani nuclear weapons could fall into the hands of Taliban to strike against US,UK and India .Saudi Arabia and China also fuel the proxy wars of Taliban in Pakistan.
