Held An Open Katchery/listen To Public Grievances Regarding Treasury & Accounts Office Mirpurkhas

Mirpurkhishas (PR): On behalf of Regional Director Provincial Ombudsman Sindh Mirpurkhas Assistant Registrar Sajjad Hussain Soomro today held an open katchery/listen to public grievances regarding Treasury and Accounts Office Mirpurkhas at DC Compound Treasury Office here. The serious of the open hatchery was held in the Division/district. In this regard On the directions, provincial Ombudsman ( Mohtasib) Sindh Aijaz Ali Khan All Regional Directors of Ombudsman offices regularly held open hatcheries throughout the Sindh Province to listen to public grievances. Assistant Registrar Mirpurkhas Ombudsman Office Mr. Sajjad Hussain Soomro on behalf of the Regional Director held an open katchery and receive various complaints and grievances of the general public regarding treasury and accounts office. People also apprised their grievances about other issues and problems being faced by them in various govt departments and offices. Assistant Registrar Sajjad Soomro received all complaints on the spot and issue directives to the concerned treasury and accounts office for redressal on a priority basis. He has also listened to many other grievances about Education, Revenue, Irrigation, Health, Municipal Committee, and other [caption id="attachment_34223" align="aligncenter" width="800"] enewspaper.com.pk/ Mirpur khas[/caption] offices and issues of employees and it would be continued in other offices like treasury and accounts. On various complaints, Assistant Registrar Dajjad Soomro gave a patient hearing and issue directives on lady Jamara, M. Ayub, and M.Iqbal about Education; M.Panah a Retired officer of Agriculture depth regarding his LPR, move over and integrated allowance apprised their issues/complaints to the Ombudsman Office. On the occasion, Mr. Soomro talking to the media informed them that this office has received so far132 complaints/grievances from January to August 2021 while 83 were completed for investigation and the remaining 62 will be in process for investigation accordingly. District Accounts Officer Zaheeruddin Shaikh was also apprised that 75 cases of The graduate was received in the office out of which 29 were resolved while 46cases are pending due to nonavailability of necessary funds which were written/taken up by DC Mirpurkhas to Secretary Finance Sindh for releasing on a priority basis so that all cases of graduating would be resolved once for all, They added.
