Mobilizing Private Sector In Implementing Sustainable Development Goals - EFP

Karachi: Mr. Fasihul Karim Siddiqi, Secretary General Employers’ Federation of Pakistan (EFP) and Executive Director Global Compact Network Pakistan (GCNP) will represent GCNP and EFP at the XVI Annual Local Network Forum at Buenos Aires, Argentina organized by United National Global Compact (UNGC).

Mr. Siddiqi will present Pakistan's perspective on the thematic issue "Mobilizing Private Sector in Implementing Sustainable Development Goals". He will also represent Pakistan in the Global Conference under the theme “Making Global Goals Local Business” organized by Global Network Argentina in which representatives from over 200 countries will be participating.

Mr. Siddiqi will also be discussing joint projects with UNGC in implementing SDGs through public private partnership and also the possibility of hosting the next Regional Meeting of UNGC in Pakistan. He will also discuss with Argentina Federation of Employers and the Argentinian Local Network for the possibility of Joint Cooperation and Collaboration Agreement.
