Karachi (PR): Members of Joint Action Committee, Dow University of Health Sciences, on the direction of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Muhammad Saeed Qureshi, called on Dow University Registrar Dr. Asher Afaq in his office. The delegation apprised the Registrar of the non-provision of basic allowances and facilities to the Dow employees and also pointed out the elements who were showing a lack of seriousness and negligence in this regard which was constantly hindering the resolution of legitimate issues. He also mentioned the problems faced by the employees and the problems of the staff and officers colony at the Ojha campus. He spoke in detail about the legitimate representation of officers in the syndicate, departmental promotion committee, contract employees, and other issues.
