Oslo Norway (By/Ahmed Tanveer): Towards the weekend there will be a change of weather with milder weather throughout the country. But first there is a lot of snow, in Agder and Telemark. Up to 80 centimeter's of snow has been issued here. The main trend for the whole country is that it will still be cold until Thursday and Friday. We are looking down to minus 35 degrees in inner Finnmark, minus 15–25 in Trøndelag and even Bergen has cold temperatures now," Mariann Aabrekk, jourhaving meteorologist at StormGeo told VG. And the cool weather will last into next weekend as there will be a marked change in weather, with milder weather, according to Aabrekk. Along the coast from Oslo and right up to and down to mid-Norway there will be mild weather with a transition to plus degrees. Bergen, for example, will get around 5 plus degrees, Washington 2-4 degrees and Trondheim will get just over zero degrees into next weekend. However, one should not so far from the coast into the country before there will still be sub-zero temperatures. But not as strong a cold as we have had in recent weeks, according to Aabrekk. In North Norway, there will not be such major changes this week except that temperatures will rise somewhat towards the weekend. There will also be a lot of nice weather in the north. The same applies to midt-Norway where the weather will also be relatively nice. There will be some snow inland in Eastern Norway, but not large amounts. n Agder and Telemark there will be a lot of snow at the start of the week. The Norwegian Meteorological Institute issued an orange warning for heavy snow in the area on Monday. From tonight through the night into Thursday, between 40 and 80 centimeters of snow will fall.
