KARACHI (PR): On 22nd June 2022 H.E. Bakheet Al Remeithi, Consul General of UAE in Karachi visited the Provincial Assembly of Sindh.
Ms. Rehana Leghari, Speaker of Sindh Assembly warmly welcomed the H.E. Consul General of UAE and presented Ajrak (traditional block-printed shawl).

Speaker Assembly congratulated on the inauguration of the visa center in Karachi.
H.E. Bakheet extended his courtesy to the members of the assembly and emphasized promoting bilateral relations between UAE and Pakistan.

Speaker Assembly also accompanied him to take a round of the new assembly hall and old assembly hall of Sindh, which has been preserved as a heritage site.
The Provincial Assembly of Sindh is the oldest assembly in Pakistan where Barrister Mohammad Ali Jinnah, Founder of Pakistan chaired the assembly session as the first National Speaker of Pakistan in 1947.
