ENGINEER AGHA WAQAR BROUGHT A REVOLUTION IN THE WORLD OF SCIENCE-PROVINCIAL MINISTERS
Karachi, August 02: Provincial Minister for Environment Shaikh Muhammad Afzal, Minister for Archives Rafique Engineer and Advisor to Chief Minister on Special Education Imtiaz Ahmed Shaikh have congratulated the Engineer Agha Waqar of Khairpur on his invention of water kit which can run the Motor Car as well as other vehicles on only water. Sindh Ministers said that Agha Waqar did a successful experience in front of Government officials and media, they said that Agha Waqar has brought a revolution in the world of science. They further elaborated that Government of Pakistan would avail the invention of Agha Waqar for the development and betterment of the Pakistan as well as the nation. Sindh Ministers said that Agha Waqar is our national hero and he would be guarded and protected. In their message Sindh Ministers said that the invention of Agha Waqar has compelled the world to think on his invention.
ALI HASSAN BROHI ASSUMED CHARGE OF SECRETARY PRISON
Karachi, August 02: Mr. Ali Hassan Brohi assumed the charge as a Secretary Prison. He will report directly to the Minister Prison, a notification has been issued in this regard by the Services and General Administration Department, Government of Sindh.
AGHA WAQAR IS NATIONAL HERO – AYAZ SOOMRO WAQAR’S INVENTION PROVED THE CAPABILITIES OF SINDHIS AT A LARGE – LAW MINISTER
Karachi, August 02: Sindh Minister for Law and Prisons Muhammad Ayaz Soomro describing the Agha Waqar a national hero said that Agha Waqar’s invention of Water kit proved and recognized the Sindhi people on world level. Speaking with a media group at his office here today, Law Minister categorically rejected the blames leveled by Dr. Attaur Rahman as he was production of dictatorship. Congragulating the Agha Waqar a young scientist belonging Khairpur, Ayaz Soomro further said that Sindhis were the founder of Pakistan and its proud of Sindh Assembly, passing resolution in favour of Pakistan and Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was the first Sindhi leader whose gigantic leadership a sovereign and independent country for the Muslims of Sub Continent, adding Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was a great leader who gave an agreed constitution and an atomic power making Pakistan a sovereign and independent democratic country in the world map.
He further said that Shaheed Rani Benazir Bhutto was a great leader who while sacrificing her life fought against dictatorship and terrorism, resulting democracy was restored and dictators were forced to flee the country, he added. Ayaz Soomro further said that Sindh and Sindhis history was very oldest and richest and so called biased peoples should study the history of Sindh prior to the leveling baseless allegations.
MINORITIES SHOULD PLAY THEIR ROLE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PAKISTAN – MUKESH KUMAR CHAWLA
Karachi, August 02: Provincial Minister for Excise & Taxation Mr. Mukesh Kumar Chawla has said that minorities are an essential part of any society. The protection of their rights is the prime duty of the government and present democratic government is committed to safeguard the rights of the minority. This he said while talking to a delegation came from Umerkot here at his camp office on Thursday.
Gansham Chand led the delegation. Provincial Minister said that all minorities in Pakistan had a freedom to follow their religions and rituals. Besides freedom of religions and rituals they also had freedom of expression and speech. He added ‘Minorities are plying their effective role in the development of Pakistan. They have representation in government and private sectors while they have also effective representation in provincial and national assemblies and in Senate as well’.
He said that it was also being considered to increase number of seats in educational institution for children belonging to minorities. In Pakistani constitution and in manifesto PPP, the minorities have got full protection for their rights and these rights are also been protected at every level. Mukesh Kumar Chawla requested to the minorities to play their vital role in the development of the country and bring good name for the country. On this occasion the members of delegation informed the provincial Minister about their problems and he assured them his full cooperation in resolving their problems.
