DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT WILL COMPLETE HIS FIVE YEARS TERM IN HISTORY OF PAKISTAN- NISAR AHMED KHUHRO
Karachi, September 06: A delegation lead to Australian High Commissioner to Pakistan Mr. Peter Heyward called on Mr. Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Speaker, Provincial Assembly of Sindh at his chamber on Friday 7thSeptember, 2012 on the occasion discussed political matters, law and order situation in Pakistan as well as legislation in Sindh Assembly and mutual understanding matters.
On the occasion Mr. Nisar Ahmed Khuhro said that the present democratic government had completed its five years term in the history of Pakistan. He said that whole legislation in the Provincial Assembly made with the consent of coalition partners.
Later the Speaker of Sindh Assembly Mr. Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, presented Sindhi Cultural Cap and Ajrak to the delegation.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROGRESS IN SINDH- JAM MEHTAB
Karachi, September 06: Provincial Minister for Revenue Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar has said that with the supply of gas to Kamu Shaheed and Rajan Pur, the long standing dream of the people of the area will be fulfilled. This he said as chief guest in Obaro while inaugurating ceremony for the supply of gas to Kamu Shaheed and Rajan Pur. The scheme costs more than 60 million rupees. He said that the present democratic government had done record development works in Ghotki, Obaro and adjacent areas that has no match in the history. Provincial Minister said, ‘Gas supply to the area was a long standing demand. Today this demand is being fulfilled. Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto wanted to see the rural areas at par with urban areas and we will fulfill her this lofty dream.’
Jam Mehtab added that we were following directives of President Asif Ali Zardari to provide equal opportunities of progress to the people of Sindh and Sindh was the strong hold of Pakistan Peoples Party. No one could dare to breach in this castle of Pakistan Peoples Party. He said that due to political reconciliation policy of the President Asif Ali Zardari, Pakistan was put on the path of the progress. The dignity of Pakistan had increased among the nations of world.
‘Democracy has provided strong foundations to the country while dictatorship created suffocation in the society.’ He concluded.
