Zimbabwe cricket board has on Friday confirmed to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) that Zimbabwe cricket team will be visiting Pakistan. The visitors will arrive in Lahore at 2 am on Tuesday.
Zimbabwe has informed the PCB of its final decision. It is pertinent to mention here that Chairman PCB Shehryar Khan had earlier confirmed the tour. He had told the media that Zimbabwe cricket board president had assured him of going as prescheduled.
On Thursday, Zimbabwe had announced that the team will not be visiting Pakistan due to the security situation in the host country but just after 16 minutes, the decision was retracted and finally it was decided today that the team would visit Pakistan as per schedule.
The first match between Pakistan and Zimbabwe is going to played on May 22 while the visitors will play 2 Twenty20s and 3 One-Day Internationals (ODI) on the tour.
