KARACHI (PR): A celebration highlighting the 75 Years of US-Pakistan friendship took place at Naheed SuperMarket, in joint coordination with the American Pakistan Business Development Forum (AmPak BDF). The Taste of America event served as the springboard for several new US brands in Pakistan, many of which were introduced by the U.S. Embassy’s commercial and agricultural teams. New products available to Pakistani consumers include Halal multivitamin gummies by Lessons, Amerix Leona’s for children and adults, and products from Freshly, Mission, Andalou Natural, and Midamar.
John Coronado, Counselor for Commercial Affairs from the US Embassy and The US Embassy’s commercial team was pleased to take part in the celebration, which was also attended by several business representatives, including Shaikh Imtiaz Hussain, President AMPAK BDF; Mr. Abrar, Chairman Naheed SuperMarket; Syed Nasser Wajahat, Secretary-General AMPAK-BDF; Samrah Munsub CEO House of Samrah Enterprises; Munsub Abrar of Naheed.pk, Sameer Shamsi, Atif Khan, Noman Ahmedani, Mr. Farhan, Mr. Salman, Mr. Ahmer Waqar, Mr. Sajad, and Mr. Khalil, Vice Chairman of Consumer Association of Pakistan.
After touring where the new items will be placed, attendees took part in a cake-cutting ceremony to mark the 75 Years of Friendship between the United States and Pakistan, celebrating and re-committing to further strengthen our countries’ bilateral ties.
